About Our Founders

 

The Founders, Brent C. Peterson and Gaylan W. Nielson are the authors of Fake Work. They have also written extensively, developed many programs, designed our Organizational Learning Framework, and many, many other processes, learning events, and assessments.

Brent and Gaylan have spent years working primarily with Fortune 1000 clients helping address a myriad of problems; but they have also been busy researching, developing, and writing.
